Toddler Child Care Services

For Children 16 months - 33 months

Children may move into the toddler room at 16 months of age.

In the toddler room we have a ratio of 1 staff member to every 5 toddlers (versus the state required 1:7).

We are responsive to the toddler's needs, temperament, and schedule. Our staff ensures that both you and your child are comfortable with the transition from home to school. We will help your toddler become comfortable with new experiences.

The caregivers in the toddler program also ensure that your child has many supportive opportunities to explore their environment and gain new experiences through frequent and stimulating interactions with their caregivers and other children.

We have two toddler age classrooms each licensed to serve up to 15 children.

Tuition

Full-Time

$395.00/week

Part-Time

2 Days: $225/week

3 Days: $300/week

4 days is considered full-time

Breakfast, a Hot Catered Lunch and Snack Included

Additional Tuition Information

Tuition rates at Shepherd's Care Child Care Center are competitive with those of other centers in the Maple Grove area. All tuition payments are due on Monday and a $10 late fee will be assessed if payment is not received by Wednesday. There is a late pick-up fee of $10 for every quarter hour or portion thereof past 5:30 p.m. Students are considered full time if they are enrolled 4 or more days a week. Part-time students pay normal daily rates for any scheduled days they are absent.

A $50 enrollment fee at time of application will hold a spot for your child for 2 weeks from application date. A $100 deposit is needed to hold a spot for your child with a start date of more than 2 weeks from the application date. This deposit will be applied to your child's account on your 5th week so long as your account is in good standing.

Shepherd's Care Is Closed on the Following Holidays in 2024:

  • New Year's Day (obs. 1/2/2024)

  • President's Day 

  • Good Friday

  • Memorial Day

  • July 4th & 5th 

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving & the Day after Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Break (2024 Closed 12/23/2024 - 12/27/2024)
